Creating & Managing Trainings
Step 1: Setting Up a Training Program
- Navigate to the Training Dashboard.
- Click Create New Training.
- Define training details:
- Title – Specify the name of the training.
- Description – Provide an overview of learning objectives.
- Modules & Content – Attach documents, videos, or interactive content.
- Assigned Users – Select employees or groups to enroll.
Step 2: Assigning & Scheduling
- Choose whether the training is mandatory or optional.
- Set deadlines and reminders for completion.
- Assign supervisors for progress monitoring.
