Creating & Managing Trainings

Step 1: Setting Up a Training Program

  1. Navigate to the Training Dashboard.
  2. Click Create New Training.
  3. Define training details:
    • Title – Specify the name of the training.
    • Description – Provide an overview of learning objectives.
    • Modules & Content – Attach documents, videos, or interactive content.
    • Assigned Users – Select employees or groups to enroll.

Step 2: Assigning & Scheduling

  • Choose whether the training is mandatory or optional.
  • Set deadlines and reminders for completion.
  • Assign supervisors for progress monitoring.
