Submitting for Approval
When Should a Document Be Submitted?
Once a document is finalized, it must be submitted for supervisor approval.
Steps to Submit:
- Click Submit for Approval in the editor.
- Add comments or notes for the reviewer.
- The document status updates to Pending Review.
Approval Outcomes:
- Approved – The document is marked as Approved.
- Change Request – The supervisor requests edits, and the status updates accordingly.
- Rejected – The document is permanently marked Rejected.
Users can revise and resubmit if a Change Request is received.
