Submitting for Approval

When Should a Document Be Submitted?

Once a document is finalized, it must be submitted for supervisor approval.

Steps to Submit:

  1. Click Submit for Approval in the editor.
  2. Add comments or notes for the reviewer.
  3. The document status updates to Pending Review.

Approval Outcomes:

  • Approved – The document is marked as Approved.
  • Change Request – The supervisor requests edits, and the status updates accordingly.
  • Rejected – The document is permanently marked Rejected.

Users can revise and resubmit if a Change Request is received.
