Creating a Document

Step 1: Accessing the Document Generator

  • Navigate to the Document Generator from the sidebar.
  • Choose to create a new document or select an existing draft.

Step 2: Selecting a Template

  • In the AI assistant chat, multiple document templates appear.
  • Users can select a template such as SQF Certification or enter a custom request.
  • Once a template is selected, a draft is created in the chat.

Step 3: Refining the Input

  • Users can add extra details to customize the document.
  • Once ready, they click Generate to finalize the structure.

Step 4: Providing Specific Information

  • Before generating, the AI asks for certification levels or other required fields.
  • Users respond with details such as Level 1 or Level 2.
  • The AI then proceeds with document generation.

Once the document is created, it appears in the Document Preview and Editor.
